If after a brief 90-day coaching period you would like to pursue a non-exclusive management agreement with Great Speakers Management, we will be glad to discuss that option.

| Each Management Agreement is customized. Under a Management Agreement we may: |
| Prepare a business plan for your career development; |
| Establish a realistically aggressive speaking fee and create a fee schedule; |
| Develop a marketing plan and implement it; |
| Work with you to design and promote your web presence; |
| Produce a media kit including a demo video/DVD, audio, one-sheet, bio, testimonials; |
| Provide materials such as a speaker/client contract, pre-program questionnaire, A/V requirements, and audience handouts; |
| Identify target clients, such as: meeting industry associations, trade associations, corporations, meeting planners, production companies, and speakers bureaus; |
| Discuss creation of products for sale. |
| We will take care of any back office needs you have, such as answering calls on your behalf at our main number, and scheduling, contracting and following up with booked engagements. We may also ask that you take advantage of many services provided to speakers in order to better advertise their services and manage their schedules. |
| Fees for these services and others are decided on a case-by-case basis and will be determined after a short discussion with each speaker about his or her needs
